We are the concierge team at The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua. We book the snorkel sails, the sunrise drives up Haleakala, the helicopters over the West Maui valleys and the ziplines above Kaanapali — across every operator on the island, not just one.
If a boat is having a slow week, we know. If the surf is wrong for Molokini on Thursday, we will tell you before you book. That is the part a booking engine cannot do.
